However They Are To Be Looked After & Worn With Care As They Are Not Indestructible So With Everyday Wear The Trainers Are Not Immune To Chips & Scratches Just Like Every Pair Of Shoes.

The customs are not made for everyday rigorous use.


Yes. We recommend cleaning your shoes delicately with a soft microfibre cloth and a foam cleaner or warm water. Do not put them in a washing machine and do not use acetone or any harsh materials as this will remove the protective finishing layer and may also remove layers of the paint.


Yes, you can send in your own shoes to be customised. We only customise shoes which are in a new condition. We reserve the right to return any shoes which are worn or in bad condition at your expense. To avoid any issues you can send us a photo of your shoes for approval before sending them.


Each custom design takes a different length of time to complete these are our current estimated delivery times.

We are unable to accept returns and offer no refunds or exchanges as each order is custom & made to order.


Under limited circumstances we only offer refunds if there is a defect with your order upon arrival, it is highly very unlikely this would happen as we would never ship an item with defect. If the defect can be corrected we will offer this before we offer a refund. Please request a refund within 7 days item must be unworn and we will need clear photo evidence of the defect. We do not pay return shipping costs and if your product appears to be worn on arrival, you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to you. Please note, we photograph all our customs before we ship them to you and therefore we have full evidence of the items original condition.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order please email us within 2 hours from purchase at lacedbyfarah@gmail.com with your order number. Alternatively you can use the contact form on the homepage. We will not accept any cancellations after 2 hours.
